Cancellations, weather, and insurance

General Cancellations & Amendments

Customers will receive a full refund or credit if cancelled by 10:00 am, 7 days before the booked day.

Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. A cancellation is not considered complete until you have received an email or verbal confirmation from our team with a confirmation of cancellation sent as a receipt. Refunds will be issued at the time of cancellation but can take up to 30 days to be processed by your card carrier.

No-shows and cancellations within 7 days will be charged the full price.

Date changes may be made up to 7 days before your booked date.

Weather, maintenance or civil emergency cancellations

Should your booking be cancelled due to poor weather conditions (poor flying visibility or high avalanche rating), you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

All helicopter flights are subject to weather, maintenance and civil emergencies. If we are required to cancel your booking due to aircraft availability, you will receive a full refund or option to reschedule.

We understand that occasionally events occur that prevent you from joining us for your vacation.  Life is full of surprises and so is travel! You can’t predict a missed flight connection, job loss, death of a family member or your own illness or injury.  When an unexpected event prevents you from travelling, Trip Cancellation/Trip Interruption reimburses travel costs if your trip is cancelled before you leave or disrupted after it has begun.

To avoid any financial hardship that an unexpected cancellation or interruption could cause, we strongly recommend purchasing Trip Cancellation/Interruption to protect your trip investment. Trip Cancellation/Interruption costs about 6% of your trip cost and it’s worth the peace of mind!
