The Coast Range terrain includes 200,000 acres of incredible Whistler-Pemberton backcountry spread across 15 zones.
If you thought Whistler Blackcomb was big, then Coast Range Heliskiing will blow you away. The tenure is 24 times the size of Whistler Blackcomb, so there are fresh tracks galore! Much of the terrain is in the alpine, with elevations up to 9,000 feet and runs of over 4,000 vertical feet. When conditions are not conducive to riding in the alpine, we have sub-alpine terrain and tree skiing on offer.
Coast Range operates its commercial recreational products within a Crown Land use tenure encompassing many separate zones in British Columbia. This tenure is granted, and closely monitored and regulated, by the BC Ministry of Forests, Lands, Natural Resource Operations and Rural Development, alongside the Líl̓wat First Nations Lands and Resources Department. -
The amount of heli-skiing you experience each day depends on several factors. We guarantee a minimum of 6 runs per day. Your guide and pilot will make the final decision on when to conclude skiing or riding, always prioritizing safety. While your desired amount of skiing is taken into account, it is balanced with factors such as weather, snow conditions, daylight, group dynamics, and overall abilities.
